Based on an average person's stride it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk one mile and is equivalent to roughly 2,000 steps.
There are plenty of free apps on your phone you can use to track your miles. We recommend Strava so once you've signed up you can connect your Cancer Research UK Giving Page and show off your progress!
