Some of the items that you can donate are:
clothing and footwear
jewellery and accessories
homeware and kitchenware
antiques and collectables
toys
leisure and outdoor items
furniture and electricals (in select shops and superstores)
Occasionally, due to stock supply and demand, there may be situations where we aren’t able to accept items from certain categories which is at the discretion of our transport and shop teams.

Donate your end-of-line or unsold stock and samples to us as a cost-effective way to clear storage space. Or you can set up a donation station in your office.

If you have high-value items you wish to donate, please get in touch via this email link.

At no extra cost to you we can claim Gift Aid on the items you donate to our shops. That’s an extra 25p for every £1 sold towards funding our vital research.
While we appreciate all donations, there are some we cannot sell and we have to pay for their disposal.

A Donation Station is a drop-off point where people can bring their quality pre-loved items to donate. You can then take your donation bags to your nearest shop, during opening hours. This saves us money on collection costs.
Some of our superstores take good-quality furniture donations. You can call or visit your local superstore who can take a booking over the phone or in person. Or you can book online if it's easier.
We can collect from you if you're donating 25 or more bags and live within a 20-mile radius of any of our shops and Superstores.
