About the London to Brighton Cycle Ride

Take on this iconic 55 mile cycle ride from Clapham Common in South London to the Brighton sea front. London to Brighton cycle is the perfect inclusive ride, with the route being challenging but achievable for all abilities.

Once out of London, you will predominantly cycle along quiet country lanes passing through Mitcham, Banstead and Haywards Heath before taking on the challenge that is Ditchling Beacon – a mile long climb to the top of the South Downs where you will be rewarded with an amazing view. From there it’s all downhill onto the Brighton sea front.
