Opportunity information

Clinical trials are medical research studies involving people who apply to take part. They help us to understand more about cancer and how we treat it. There are many trials available for a wide variety of cancer types, with information on them available online.

We host a large clinical trials database on our website to help people affected by cancer find trials that may be suitable for them or their loved ones. We want to improve the search experience so people can more easily find the most relevant results.

In this survey, you’ll be asked to use our search tool on our website and then answer a few questions about how it worked for you. We want to know what felt helpful, but more importantly, what was missing or could be improved-especially when it comes to tailoring results to your needs.

Your feedback will directly help us make the clinical trials search tool easier to use and ensure people can quickly find the trials most relevant to them.

At the end of the survey, you’ll also have the option to express interest in attending a one-to-one interview with a member of our User Experience team to further explore how you use our clinical trial information. This is completely optional - you can simply choose ‘no’ if you’d prefer not to take part.

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

If you have any questions about this opportunity or would like more information, please contact Hugh Roberts at hugh.roberts@cancer.org.uk.
