About the Swim 10k Challenge in May

Take on the challenge and swim 10k throughout May to help raise money for life-saving cancer research.

Whether you're starting your fitness journey or are already a seasoned swimmer, this is your chance to make every stroke matter this May. Whether you choose to break this down into 2.5k a week, or smaller swims multiple times a week, you can complete the challenge in a way that suits you. Feel good, get fit and raise money to help fund life-saving cancer research.

Join the community

If you'd like to, you can join the challenge Facebook group. Meet fellow walkers, ask questions, and keep your motivation high.
