We will produce the highest standards of reliable, robust and reproducible research, conducted with openness, honesty and integrity.

We will ensure you are given every opportunity to develop your skills and feel supported in your career development. You should feel recognised, valued and empowered to succeed in your chosen career.
Equality, diversity and inclusion
We will prioritise equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), so everyone can bring new perspectives to tackle cancer regardless of background.

We will promote and enable open practices to maximise the use of our funded research, foster new collaborations and increase the potential to advance progress.
