Cancer of the ear
Ear cancer is when abnormal cells in the ear start to grow and divide in an uncontrolled way. There are 3 parts to the ear. These are the outer, middle or inner ear. Although rare, cancer can affect all of these parts.
Most of these cancers start in the skin of the outer ear. Cancers that develop inside the ear (the middle and inner ear) are rare.
